In order to protect the security of this website and the Merchant Software ("Software Usage and Services"), you should read the following Software Usage and Services License Agreement ("Software or Agreement"). For example, when registering an account or user authentication, you need to fill in your mobile phone number and agree to the terms of use. If the country stipulates or has special regulations, users must provide true identity information. If the information is incomplete, use may be restricted.
1.3 In general, users can modify submitted materials at any time. For security and identification reasons (such as searching account services), users may not be able to modify personal information at will after registration.
1.4 This website uses a variety of security technologies, procedures and sound management systems to protect users' personal information. Any use or unauthorized use may result in legal action. Newly registered HCA accounts and existing HCA accounts, as well as the mobile phone number finally registered to the HCA account, must not be changed.

1.6 Users under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from their parents or law enforcement officials before using the Services.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Users must complete all enhancement tasks before requesting to exit.
2.2 Users may not exit before completing the task.
2.3 Users may not cancel or skip tasks.
2.4 Withdrawals from a User's account in excess of $400,000 are subject to a 30% withholding fee, which will be refunded to the User immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal.
2.5 For the safety of all merchants and users, according to US anti-money laundering regulations, if the user account exceeds 50,000 USDT, the user will be required to pay a deposit when requesting a withdrawal, and the deposit will be refunded after 3 days of withdrawal!
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 Agreement: The "User Contract" and "Terms of Service" are subject to the charging terms expressly stated in the account. Users should provide relevant information and documents to this website and attach the terms of the "User Contract" as an attachment.
3.2 This website provides services to all users in accordance with relevant terms. If you have any questions or other important issues, please contact the relevant departments for feedback.
3.3 The terms of this website are implemented in accordance with the U.S. Trade Agreement, and all terms and treaties are protected by U.S. law. If a user maliciously violates these terms, this website will reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
3.4 This website has the right to modify all format terms and non-format terms, and the final interpretation right belongs to this website.
3.5 When your credit score is lower than 100%, you need to improve your credit score to 100% before you can withdraw money. If your credit score is below 100%, you cannot withdraw money.
